BTI’s electrical inspectors have the experience to efficiently guide your project from skid fabrication through to field installations, commissioning and startup. Our inspectors are well versed in current industry electrical installation practices coupled with a full knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) federal and local standards. Our goal is to facilitate complete and cost effective installation of electrical systems that align with the engineer’s design and the required codes and standards. The commissioned power system must also provide our clients a means to safely operate and maintain it.
BTI’s instrument technicians and mechanics have experience in an extensive variety of facility process and intrumentation equipment. Construction supervision, installation and calibration, commissioning and start up, preventative and sustaining maintenance are ways our resources provide value added to any construction project or existing facility’s maintenance program.
BTI has an integrated Engineering and Field Service team to implement automation solutions. With a full offering of Site Acceptance Testing procedures and documentation BTI’s team will ensure all systems are verified and that they meet engineering and client expectations. After start up, sustained production and optimal facility performance is critical. BTI will monitor, perform preventative and sustaining maintenance throughout the facility lifecycle to ensure this happens.
BTI site services for Process Analyzer Systems include inspection and investigation of sample system installation and designs. BTI site services will develop detailed System Reports to identify the issues and provide options for the resolution of the problems. Systems include: Gas Chromatographs, Process Analyzers, Analyzer Shelters, Sample Conditioning Systems, Sample Recovery and Return Systems, Calibration and Validation Systems, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Start-up and Commissioning of the complete Analyzer System.
